Our mission
The first comprehensive survey of climate litigation in Canada
Climate cases are multiplying worldwide. In Canada, citizens, environmental organizations, Indigenous communities, investors, and companies are bringing climate-related claims before the courts.
The Observatory is the first body dedicated to the systematic tracking, analysis, and dissemination of this data in Canada, in both French and English.
